3. DESCRIPCIÓN GENÉRICA (MISIÓN) / GENERIC DESCRIPTION (MISSION)

Asegurar que el lanzamiento de los productos elaborados cumpla con los requerimientos de calidad establecidos por el cliente y por el sistema de calidad de Joyson Safety System planta 1, junto con la documentación requerida por cada cliente y joyson para la liberación y aprobación del nuevo producto (ppap del producto) / Ensure that the launch of the manufactured products meet the quality requirements established by the client and by the quality system of Joyson Safety System plant 1, together with the documentation required by each client and joyson for the release and approval of the new product ( product ppp).

4. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS / SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Contacto al 100% con los clientes para revision de requisitos especificos de nuevos modelos / 100% contact with customers to review the specific requirements of new models.

4.2 Monitorear los nuevos lanzamientos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de cada programa y cliente / Monitor new releases according to the requirements of each program and client.

4.3 Desarrollar todos los documentos de calidad durante la etapa de lanzamiento / pre-producción masiva tales como: control plan / pqct, hojas de auditoría, hojas de verificación de las áreas de: die casting, foaming, costura mecánica, forrado y ensamble. / Develop all quality documents during the launch stage / massive pre-production such as: control plan / pqct, audit sheets, verification sheets for the areas of: die casting, foaming, mechanical sewing, lining and assembly.

4.4 Obtener aprobación de ppap (psw) del producto a elaborar cumpliendo con los requerimientos que cada cliente solicita para la aprobación / Obtain ppap (psw) approval of the product to be manufactured, complying with the requirements that each client requests for approval.

4.5 Dar seguimiento a todos los problemas de calidad encontrados durante la etapa de lanzamiento e informar a los departamentos involucrados para la solucion del problema y evitar cualquier conflicto durante la etapa de desarrollo de producto/ Follow up on all quality problems found during the launch stage and inform the departments involved to solve the problem and avoid any conflict during the product development stage.

4.6 Apoyar en visitas o trials de clientes en sitio en relación los nuevos modelos/ Support visits or customer trials on site in relation to new models.

4.7 Monitorear y mantenerlos actualizados los portales de cliente tales como: covisint, b2b portal, cqms, sqms, nars, o equivalente (cuando aplique). / Monitor and update client portals such as: covisint, b2b portal, cqms, sqms, nars, or equivalent (when applicable).

4.8 Confirmar que se cuente con la aprobación de ppap/psw para los componentes a utilizar en nuevos modelos. / Confirm that there is ppap/psw approval for components to be used in new models.

4. 9. Deberá de guardar y mantener muestras aar. / Should save and maintain samples aar.

4.10 Revisar que los documentos de calidad concuerden contra los productos y procesos actuales y realizar actualizaciones cuando sean necesarias. / Check that the quality documents agree with the current products and processes and make updates when necessary.

4.11 Ejecutar y monitorear las acciones pertinentes para establecer los sistemas de calidad y ambiental referente a etapas de nuevos modelos / Execute and monitor the pertinent actions to establish the quality and environmental systems referring to the stages of new models.

4.12 Obtener aprobación de ppap por parte de cliente para ensamble final referente ya sea de un: nuevo modelo o de algún cambio de ingeniería (portal)/ Obtain approval of ppap by the client for the final assembly regarding either a: new model or some engineering change (portal).

4.13 Responsable de liberar las piezas terminadas en cada evento, las cuales deberán cumplir con los estándares de especificación y calidad de cada cliente/ Responsible for releasing the finished pieces in each event, which must meet the specification and quality standards of each client.

4.14 Verificar que el etiquetado del volante y empaque de material por evento sea el correcto y cumpla con los requerimientos de calidad y empaque de cada cliente (según sea el caso) / Verify that the labeling of the flyer and packaging of material per event is correct and complies with the quality and packaging requirements of each client (as the case may be).Validación de muestras rojas en proceso / Validation of red samples in process.

4.15 Son responsables de informar al personal a su cargo sobre los procedimientos del sistema de calidad aplicables a su área, así como de los objetivos y metas de los clientes y de la compañía / They are responsible for informing the personnel under their charge about the quality system procedures applicable to their area, as well as the objectives and goals of the clients and the company.

4.19 El Ingeniero de Calidad de APQP debe tomar los entrenamientos específicos de cliente que le competen incluidos en la matriz de entrenamiento JSSAM-MT1-TR-FM-0015 y enviar evidencia de la constancia de entrenamiento al área de capacitación, así mismo asegurarse de revisar anualmente si hay alguna actualización en dichos entrenamientos, en dado caso de existir actualizaciones realizar el reentrenamiento y enviar evidencia del mismo. / The APQP Quality Engineer must take the customer specific trainings included in the training matrix JSSAM-MT1-TR-FM-0015 and send evidence of the training certificate to the training area, as well as make sure to check annually if there are any updates in such trainings, in case there are updates, perform the retraining and send evidence of it.

4.22 Asegurar que los dispositivos a prueba de error están identificados claramente en el Plan de Control / Error proofing devices are identified clearly in Control Plan.

4.23 Realizar estudios de MSA (Measurement System Analysis) utilizando CgK (Capability of Gauge with K factor), GR&R (Gauge Repeatibility and Reproducibility) / Perform MSA analysis (Cgk, GR&R).

4.24 Asegurar que cualquier cambio de parámetro sea validado por producción, calidad y (Manufacturing Engineering), y que este sea registrado en el formato 4M / Process parameters modification validated  by production, quality and ME, and must be recorded with a 4M format.

4.25 Asegurar el cumplimiento a los 18 elementos del PPAP y los CSR / Ensure the acumplishment to the 18 elements from the PPAP and the CSR.

4.27 Cerrar acciones pendientes de Planes de Acción del portal de GM y el equivalente en otros clientes / Closure of Action Plan on GM portal and the equivalence in other customers.

4.28 Resolver problemas de calidad de nuevos modelos a través de un 8D’s estructurado, y documentar las lecciones aprendidas en el Zembara / Problem-solving for quality issues on new launches and document lessons learned through the Zembara.

4.29 Confirmar que el material cumple con los requerimientos de producción en masa / Confirm new material meet the mass production requirement.

4.30 Cubrir hallazgos de auditorías internas y externas que hayan sido asignadas al departamento de APQP para contribuir al sistema de gestión de calidad / Follow up on extenral and internal Audit findings assigned to the APQP department to contribuite to the QMS (Quality Management System).

4.31 Entrega mensual de reporte con resultados de MOR (Monthly Operations Report) relacionados a COPQ (Costo of Poor Quality) e IPMs (Incidents Per Milion) relacionados con los nuevos modelos / Deliver in a monthly bases the MOR results related to COPQ and IPMs related to new models.

4.32 Preparación semanal de los siguientes KPIs (Key Process Indicators): cierre en tiempo de planes de acción, PPAPs y aprobación de moldes / Prepare in a weekly bases the following KPIs: closure on time Action Plans, PPAPs and Tooling.

4.33 Creación del timing específico del PPAP (generado por cada APQP) en cada nuevo modelo, cambio de ingeniería o aprobación de herramentales / Creation of timing specific to PPAP (generated by APQP) for each new model, engineering change and tools.
