Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Provide customer service support to OEM and automotive industry customers.
  • Receive customer requirements and plan daily shipments according to demand.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
  • Analyze firm demand and forecasts, identifying deviations or customer demand variations.
  • Communicate demand changes proactively to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Production, and other Supply Chain functions.
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with Supply Chain processes and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • General knowledge of OEM customers and automotive supply chain processes.
  • Basic SAP knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills for demand and forecast analysis.
  • Effective communication skills and strong teamwork orientation.
  • Conversational English level, both written and verbal, to interact with global teams and customers.
