Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production line personnel on the shop floor to ensure daily targets and customer contractual requirements are met. This role focuses on maintaining efficient operations, strong team coordination, and meeting performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise production line staff on the plant floor, ensuring daily output meets internal and customer targets.

Maintain OEE at 85% or above, monitoring equipment performance and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all production activities.

Coordinate with administrative and support areas such as maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR.

Provide guidance and feedback to production employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in managing production teams and meeting performance indicators.
