- Role Summary (Role Context)
Execute the different tests that are assigned to it, always making appropriate use of technical, physical and information resources; to provide a reliable product/service within the required times.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and monitor the tests assigned to it, from inception to completion, perform them in accordance with customer and government specifications.
- Perform the tests according to established quality system methods (instructions, procedures, formats, etc.).
- Maintain a vision of continuous improvement in their work and apply the 6S methodology in their daily work.
- The EMA signatory Works with the quality system ISO/IEC 17025 to maintain the laboratory accreditation. Responsible for the test/accredited tests by EMA, participate in practices/evaluations to develop quality studies regulated by the laboratory.
- Follow the test plan, schedule in machines, sign, fill out the necessary documents and logs of the assigned test requirements.
- Responsible for immediately notifying your immediate laboratory supervisor of doubtful results.
- Is responsible for only signing formats or documents that are attributable, legible, contemporaneously recorded, originals or a faithful and accurate copy (the ALCOA principles).
- Comply with the requirements of the current ISO IEC 17025 and IATF 16949.
- Has the authority to conduct Laboratory tests using the machinery and equipment within it. Authority to stop tests and notify any issue, as well as sign results reports related with the tests.
- The EMA signatory has the authority to generate information based on the ISO/IEC 17025 norm and accreditations by EMA.
- Has the authority to stop any test when there is an anomaly.
