Customer contact role is in charge of customer demand receipt and anaylisis, detecting and communicationg major variations for resource planning. Is the main point of contact for setting priorities int the MPS, providing the customer with delivery plan, monitoring shipments until arrival to the customer side.

Responsible for reviewing and monitoring SOPs and EOPs to mininize obsolescence. 

Accountable for premium freight incidences to be kept at a minimum level.
