 Duties and Responsibilities: 

The duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description are to be used as guidelines and are not meant to be all-inclusive of the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. 

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. 

  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. 

  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. 

  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. 

  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. 

  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. 

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. 

  • Identifying industry trends. 

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. 

  • Develop with Sales Manager executable actions in support of the Regional and Global customer strategies for all product lines and your respective customers in your region. 

  • Execute strategies to meet or exceed the sales targets (New business booking, Margin increases, Accounts Receivable, etc). 

  • Report to Sales Management status on specific customer targets. 

  • Report and develop strategies to address critical global customer concerns for the specific customer. 

  • Customer onsite visits to help build relationships.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
