Work jointly with JSS Purchasing, JSS Engineering, Program Management, Plant Supplier Quality, and supplier representatives to ensure design configuration, approval, and production quality requirements are fully understood and implemented through a standardized pre-award Feasibility Process.Participate on the Component Process Development: Tool Tracking Reporting and Design Verification, Gage Design and Approval and First Tool Samples (FOT) Review.Participation on Quality Assurance during the tool and process development phase and before PPAP submission (APQ).PPAP approval for new model components.Support Post PPAP and SOP for Safe Launch and Plant Support SOP + 90 days.Position ProfileEducation Level: bachelor's degree required.Desired specialty: Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tooling Engineering, APQP and/or equivalent.Experience: 10 years minimum in automotive Quality preferably, or 5 years as a Quality Senior in Automotive Industry.Specific Knowledge:AIAG Core Tools Certification (mandatory).Additional certifications related to Root Cause Analysis (Shainin) preferred.Experienced on Automotive Quality Management Systems.Manufacturing Process Knowledge injection molding, Stamping, Plating/Coating, Leather, Die Casting, Pyro (desirable)Languages: Advanced technical English mandatory.
