Work Schedule

Friday to Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Weekend shift)

Position Objective
The Logistics Specialist will oversee supply chain processes and product delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance through the monitoring of invoices, shipment status, and delivery route performance.

Key Responsibilities
•     Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data, including product availability, transportation reliability, and delivery performance.•     Maintain and update logistics information databases.
•     Track product flow from origin to delivery using web-based logistics systems and inventory/shipping control methods.
•     Review and optimize logistics processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
•     Analyze transportation costs, procurement and delivery processes, inventory issues (such as backorders), and other compliance metrics.
•     Apply analytical tools and methods to understand, predict, and control logistics operations.
•     Supervise warehouse facilities, evaluating inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.

Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities
•     Regularly attend and complete compliance training within established deadlines.•     Be familiar with the company’s “Speak Up” reporting channels and understand the importance of reporting compliance concerns.
•     Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct, exemplifying JSS guiding principles.
•     Ensure that assignments and projects are based on accurate and honest data analysis.
•     Demonstrate understanding of company data integrity policies and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and security.
