The Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of accounting staff. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations and tax filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications
