What You’ll Do
You will be the key regional representative for global processes, SAP governance, and standardization efforts. Your impact will be felt across multiple plants and business units as you:
Lead Global SAP Standardization
- Ensure the SAP Global Template and Enterprise Configuration are adopted consistently across the region.
- Act as the “guardian” of global processes and approve regional changes when needed.
Drive Process Improvement & Change
- Participate in global initiatives, digital transformation, ENJOY rollouts, and Industry 4.0 projects.
- Align regional operations with global process owners and governance structures.
Enable Regional Collaboration
- Lead regional meetings with plant Process Owners and Change Designers.
- Build strong networks to support process adoption and continuous improvement.
Ensure Documentation & Governance
- Maintain high‑quality documentation in SolMan / EnableNow for scalable rollouts.
- Monitor Change Requests (CRs), Change Objects (COs), and ensure timely decisions.
What You Bring
- Experience in SAP processes, E2E workflows, or roles such as Process Owner, Business Analyst, or SAP Key User.
- Strong understanding of global process templates and standardized ERP environments.
- Experience supporting or leading process harmonization, SAP rollouts, or improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and work in multicultural environments.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
