Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Representatives with pricing activities, purchase orders, and price authorization documentation to ensure audit compliance.
• Operate daily within three ERP systems—SAP S/4HANA, QAD EE, and AS/400—managing Scheduling Agreements, Sales Orders, Tooling Orders, and master data.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively, with additional platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, BIC, and customer portals.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Serve as a liaison across key departments—Accounts Receivable, Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing—to ensure alignment and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plant personnel and customer contacts to validate pricing and order accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal audit policies and procedures related to pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in Sales.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
