Education & Experience

• Accounting experience, 3 years of experience in general accounting as minimum, experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable modules as a plus.
• English intermediate
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Excel (intermediate) and other Microsoft Office products.

Objective

• Plan and prioritize work in a variety of business functions, accounting analyst will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations, analyzing financial transactions, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Perform cash reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany balances booking accrual if needed.
• Determine freight, payroll, invoice accruals calculations.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• SOX Key controls Audits.
• Others Accounting Tasks.
• Good communication skills.
