We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong teams, fostering positive candidate experiences, and aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate decision-making with stakeholders
  • Prepare and present offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (2+ years preferred)
  • English fluent
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 

 Desired Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Success Factors ATS.
  • Knowledge on competency based interviews and STAR method.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
