Job Description: Financial Analyst

Purpose:

• Execute the necessary payments related to the plant, including supplier payments, payroll, travel advances, reimbursements, and other related activities.

Education Level:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year in Treasury, including experience with check management and account closings.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality:

• Timely updating and maintenance of banking information.
• Analysis of bank and accounting accounts to ensure accurate recording.
• Preparation of cash flow management reports and daily transaction records.
• Ethics and compliance responsibilities:
• Regularly attend and complete compliance training within the established deadlines.
• Understand and utilize the company's whistleblower channels, “Raise Your Voice,” to report compliance concerns.
• Follow the company’s Code of Conduct and embody the guiding principles of JSS.

Environmental:

1. Propose process and activity improvements in production and support departments.
2. Plan, control, and execute bank payments via checks or electronic banking.
3. Manage banking information for supplier payments, payroll, and other transactions.
4. Control and safeguard checkbooks with proper forecasting and security.
